No refunds will be given to no shows.
We do not cancel for rain. If we cancel for severe unsafe weather (Captain's Decision) you will be notified and can reschedule, receive vouchers or in some cases refunded (Credit Card Processing Fee Applies). If you purchase TRIP PROTECTION you can cancel yourself with a refund or gift certificates for any future cruises.
NOTE: 20 passengers are required for any cruise.

Alcohol and Tobacco Policy
It is against USCG policy to allow smoking while on our trips.
This is a tobacco-free vessel. No SMOKING OR VAPING IS ALLOWED.
The Crew and Bartender will as required stop serving alcohol to anyone to keep the passengers safe. There is a non-alcoholic alternative to all of the drinks we serve.
